Was really tired the other day. I was really dragging myself through work, my boss sent me to the shop to buy a usb stick. It wasn’t the right one, so I had to go back. By this time I wasn’t no were ready to hit the weights after work but he give me a sachet of optimum 100 whey protein. I tried it the taste was good and in minutes I was ready to hit the gym.
