Been a bit annoyed at myself lately, I bin lacking in the protein department. Witch is not a good! So I thought long and hard about what to use, strait away I new I wanted a whey protein, but witch one? Eventually I decided to use maximuscle promax diet I was disappointed with the results, actually this is one of the best shakes I ever used by far!
