Real world strength

by on Sep.07, 2011, under Nitrix Oxide, Pre Workout

All require speed, momentum, and explosiveness. Have you ever seen a baseball player swing a bat slow and controlled? Heck NO! He’ll use momentum, speed, and explosiveness in order to swing the bat and hit the ball as far as possible. To prove my point, just stand up right now and try to jump as high as you can, but do it in a slow and controlled fashion. How about a boxer trying to throw a punch in a slow and controlled fashion? He certainly won’t have much knock out power. Before we move on let’s just look at some activities from real world examples. Things such as running, jumping, throwing, etc. You won’t even be able to lift off the ground. If you can lift more weights bsn no xplode will help you.
