Other day I was taking a look at my diet, and was thinking that I am missing a lot of proteins here, so i give some thought about taking a proteins shake. Thiers hundreds of brands out there and I never really took any supplements before, so I did some online research. One particular brand caught my eye, muscletech premium whey, so I ordered it immediately! 2 days later it arrived, I was excited to try it, I must say the taste was great! Lets see that results after a month. Will have to try other Gaspari products as well.

Haven’t gained much weight lately. Its been really bothering me, I eat like crazy 2 meals and take two shakes a day. I told my friend about my problem, I told him its been really bothering me. He said he had the exact same problem, I he recommended me to take maximuscle cyclone, I ordered it, within the first week of use I gained half a stone. i know that I must have more food as well but with my protein shake I do not bother.

Was on the hunt for a good all in one product lately. Was the end of the month so I had some cash to spend and though I would go for some good quality one this time. I was thinking using usn muscle fuel anabolic. I used this stuff before and thought it was pretty good. The price at the beginning was bit dear. That I starter to dig for a deal online. Came across bodybuilding4you shop and bought it for 45.99. Ha ha ha – while gnc is selling it for 65.99 – 20 pound difference. Thought that with cheap price will come a bad service but was nicely surprise. that stuff came within 24hrs! Will continue to shop with the from now on.

bsn no xplode 2.0

I am a student so I am really tight on money this month. Mcdonald position were given to some fat and  short girl. Had a real down time so I thought to hit the gym. So was looking for a shake that will be a bit of an all in one for the right price. Bit of fast and slow release protein with extra creatine in it. Did some researching on line, come across usn anabolic bsn no xplode . thought the price is bit dare but it convinced me with the nice amount of glutamine. Have done some research on  price this time and come along bodybuidlign4you.co.uk shop. Receive the parcel within 24hr – very happy. Time for a shake now!

Bed time

Usually go to bed at 10 and sleep through the night like a baby. Than something changed. One night I woke up around 12 o clock starving like mad. This kept happening over the week and I was really ruining my sleep. So I decided to grab some casein off line which I heard that it is good for before bed. I order some pvl mutant mass and I slept like a baby the same night! Been liken that for few days already. do not know that is that but notices some nice gains as well. Got some fat gains as well which is good as I am hard-gainer.

Was really tired the other day. I was really dragging myself through work, my boss sent me to the shop to buy a usb stick. It wasn’t the right one, so I had to go back. By this time I wasn’t no were ready to hit the weights after work but he give me a sachet of optimum 100 whey protein.  I tried it the taste was good and in minutes I was ready to hit the gym. Gym session went so quick and the 45 minutes left so fast. Had a proper focus and stamina. most important I did not felt a tingling on my skin like after some other pre workout. there was no crushes at all as well.

Holiday time.

Had to go on holiday and was missing loads of meals. Was looping size by the day managed to find a supplement store. Bought myself some maximuscle cyclone. Got my calorie and protein intake back up to scratch. did not even know that mutant mass is so powerful in calories so had to had half of the serving only. After holiday was happy that could managed to keep my size.

I sent my girl out shopping. told her to get me some descent protein whey. She passed a supplement store on the way home on a way home. She got a great deal on some protein she told me on the phone. Was bit nervous as did not know the protein she was bringing me home. Never herd of the brand or name before, usn muscle fuel anabolic…. what a hell is that? Eventually got is and found that the taste is not that bad. Noticed some gains as well. It was a really great tasting shake. I am on usn products now!

Little planing

But with a little planning, the time you spend in the gym could be a lot more productive and result if you add Bsn no xplode in building a lot more muscle… (and then you’ll actually look good when you go out to the pub :-) What gets measured, gets improved… All it takes is little bit of time assessing where you are right now and planning out where you want to go (ie. how much muscle do you want to build?). For a lot of these people going to the gym just becomes a part of their social life. Now I agree that this habit is a lot healthier then hanging out at the local pub, drinking pints, and playing darts.
